Shipping Policy

Bee Natural uses the best shipping method for your address via UPS, Parcel Post and Priority Mail. Ground Shipping takes 7-14 days depending on your location. If you have a specific time frame, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Return/Refund Policy
Buyer is responsible to refuse defective or damaged boxes upon delivery. If you have any problem with the product you receive, please contact us immediately. All claims MUST be made within seven days of receipt of the order. For your protection returns need to be shipped with tracking information.
